OfLoads (loads.fleetspire.com) is a standalone public urgent freight board. It is completely free to browse — loads, rates, industry news, and live fuel prices. No account needed. The developer API key is a one-time $4 purchase, and it's free for the first 6 months.
The TMS auto-calculates driver pay based on the percentage or flat rate you set in their profile. It does not automatically send payments — it calculates the exact amount owed, generates the invoice, and you review and approve before paying through your own payment method.
Drivers get a mobile app (iOS + Android) where they see all assigned loads on a dashboard — no separate calls or messages needed. They can accept or reject loads, start pin navigation when they accept, view pickup/delivery details, chat with dispatch, track their earnings, and receive document renewal reminders. ELD data syncs to their profile.
